Current Status

Primary propulsion system "events" mean we will never get to our intended orbit, but where we are is pretty good.  Arcjet tests coming soon.

V and U transmitters apparently failed, as did all the omni 
antennas.

V, U, and L receivers are known to work.  S1 and S2 
transmitters are known to work.  Higher microwave bands 
are untested at this time.

RUDAK is up and running, and testing is underway.  
Experiments that RUDAK communicates with (SCOPE, 
CEDEX, MONITOR) remain mostly untested.

Spin stabilized.  Magnetorquing works, reaction wheels untested.

Limited transponder use is currently allowed, U/L -> S.
